Collaborative work in partnership between institutions from different countries and
sectors has become a global trend, and it is starting to gain strength in Higher Education. In
order to deepen the debate on the subject, the 1st International Seminar on University

the support of the Fund for the Development of Higher Education of the Colombian Ministry of
Education (FODESEP), the Capacity Building Center of the University of California (UCLA) and
fifteen other Ibero-American institutions.
The event will bring together the university community and other regional actors
interested in the materialization of the 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals

that work for the reduction of social inequalities, in inclusive economic development and
respectful of the environment, as well as the fight against global warming and climate change, a
mobilization aligned with the post-covid-19 international resumption.
The International Seminar will be broadcasted by Youtube TEINCO La Tecno, counting
with simultaneous translation into Spanish and Portuguese, and offering certificates of
participation to the public. More information about the program and the speakers can be found

This connects to the idea that just as technological systems need optimization, so do our bodies—and diet plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal health.
One dietary approach that has gained significant attention for its effectiveness is the DASH diet and high blood pressure connection. For…
